Submitting the enquiry form, sending a WhatsApp message or calling us is a request for information only. It does not create a binding order or contract. A transaction is confirmed only when both you and BuyPHON have expressly agreed on the product, quantity, rate and payment terms.
04Rates and availability
We do not publish prices on this website. Rates are shared directly with you and depend on brand, model, variant, quantity and market conditions. Quoted rates and stock are subject to availability and may change until the deal is confirmed. We may decline or limit any order at our discretion.

All phones we sell are brand new and sealed. Product images and descriptions on this website are for illustration only. Brand names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we trade; BuyPHON is not an authorised representative of these brands unless expressly stated.
06Warranty
Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is provided by the respective brand as per its own warranty terms and service network. BuyPHON does not provide any separate warranty unless agreed in writing for a specific transaction.
07Payments and invoices
Payment terms are agreed for each transaction before it is confirmed. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every sale. Ownership of goods passes to the buyer only after full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
08Inspection, returns and replacements
Please check sealed boxes and products at the time you receive them and report any visible damage, shortage or mismatch to us immediately. Opened or used products cannot be returned except where the law requires or where we have agreed otherwise in writing. Device defects after opening are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
09Selling stock to BuyPHON
If you sell phones to us, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the goods, that they are brand new and genuine, and that they are not stolen, counterfeit or subject to any claim. We may verify IMEI numbers, invoices and seller identity before completing any purchase, and may refuse a deal where verification fails.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuyPHON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business interruption arising from the use of this website or any transaction. Our total liability for any transaction is limited to the amount paid for the specific goods involved.
